Lack of treatment

Wife was referred nearly two years ago by GP and has not received a scrap of treatment.
She had an overdose at the beginning of the process as well, directors also aware as been sent letters

My wife was referred by her GP, we had no telephone call so I tracked down the number with which to ring Patrick house cmht. the referral has to go to a first point of contact and then after discussion to the relevant cmht (Erdington is Patrick house), so will probably (!!) be in the morning; I explained I am getting desperate. I am disappointed to be told "if anything happens to ring three nines"!!!. it could be too late by then...........................
