Empty promises and extremely unprofessional.

The advocate I was assigned constantly cancelled appointments, when she did eventually arrive at my house she told me that she had cancelled her colleague and therefore she couldn't enter my home as there needed to be two people present, she also made arrangements to call me and just didn't call. Pohwer itself ignored my emails in my attempt to inform them what was happening. Being treated this way is so detrimental to the recovery of someone experiencing mental health challenges. It is very frustrating.
