Prime Dental Surgery

I have been with this surgery before this current dentist, and since he has been here I’ve been very happy always professional and willing to help, never long wait times unfortunately because my little one missed two appointments they took her off the register which I understood are the rules.
I however stayed on recently I went in to book an appointment for a routine dental check up which the hospital advised as I’m a cancer patient undergoing treatment, but was told I am no longer registered.
I asked the receptionist if she could re register me and explain to the dentist my situation, after 3 days I still had no reply and decided to go in and see.
I was told no he will not take me on even though I desperately needed this before any further treatment for cancer.
I explained I will be paying but still was turned down. I feel so let down after being so loyal for at least 20 yrs !
What a terrible service he didn’t even have the courtesy to phone himself and explain why he wouldn’t be registering me it’s not as though I was a terrible patient or caused any kind of trouble.
How unkind not to help someone when they are in need.
Would not recommend.

Good. It's easy to get appointments. The treatment is good too.

I visited this denist 3 times. The wait was more than an hour. He came after 10am. You are going to spend your whole morning there. He does his treatment on you even if you feel pain. He make me night guard when i dont need i dont grind my teeth. He said it will keep my teeth in place i asked if they are moving he said no. Surgery lookin very unclean.
