Good and send reminders

I have syringes in my ears and they're good there. They send text reminders about appointments and they pop in new batteries for my hearing aids. You can just walk in for that too.
They referred me on to get it sorted

The audiologist referred me onto the QE as I kept getting infections in my ear and eventually I was seen. It took a long time to eventually get seen at the QE but the audiologist is good. They saw an issue and referred me on to try and get it sorted.

Had a stroke, was blind for 7 weeks. 95% of vision back. They helped me to see clearer, very professional.
