They came out and done an assessment on dad. They recommended a couple of care homes and then came out done a physical assessment and covid test on dad and he was in the home within a week and a half. They were brilliant.

The carers are wonderful and go above and beyond, they make a difference and make me smile every day

Emergency care package arranged on hospital discharge. Only 3 days in and we are very disappointed with all aspects of care. Time keeping is awful, at one time arriving 1hr 45min late, then the night career came an hour later !! Careers don't seem to be dementia friendly, not understanding how to deal with people suffering from Dementia. Our Relative has not been prompted to take medication, not been eating anything all day because food is just left on a plate without encouragement to actually eat it, not been encouraged to get dressed so left in night clothes all day. This is the first time we have had to rely on careers, but this experience has not met our expectations.

Mostly late carers but very kind when they arrive. Came last slot of 4 designated then failed by nearly 1hour on morning slot. This left my wife without a change of pads for 15 hours. Not acceptable.

Carers not turning up at last minute the manager very agressive person when you complain and uninterested dont feel at ease leaving my family member with staff as they are half soaked

we've being with this company for over 10 years, and carers been always a problem, arriving too late, leaving. before there time without finishing what they suppose to do. managers forgetting to cover when cares or on holidays or off sick, and no one turning up for duties.
