Dificulty getting appointments

The booking system at this GP is complex. They recommended to book by phone on 8 o’clock but they never answered although they didn’t give any appointment at the reception. I asked the doctor to transfer me to hospital because I was not satisfied but he did not respond

Waiting for more than 30 mins for a blood test

I came in for my 10.30 app at 10.20 come 11.00 I still have not been seen. When I came in the surgery was empty of patients . 4 ladies in the reception including the nurse that takes blood tests talking away. She left the room at 10.37. By that time another patient had arrived and she got called in first!
