The service if good.

The service is good. I can get regular appointment because the child is a special child. They have taken great care of him.
They have time for me.

I had a chest infection. I went down to see the doctor and had a telephone conversation and they sent me a rescue pack and it worked. They're a lot better than my old practice and a lot more helpful too. They give you better options and have a lot more time for me.
They're nice.

They're okay. I don't have to use them that often or deal with them as my mom books most of my appointments. They're are nice when I go.
