Awful care

February 15, 2022
Agree with other reviews.
They are overwhelmed but that is no excuse for extremely poor manners, terrible grasp of English by senior clinicians including consultants, a failure to provide a discharge summary in good time to ensure continuity of care and a culture of impunity at every level. When the quality of service becomes truly terrible, the frontline workers stop actually caring. Even the security guard wears a scowl. I would urge anyone that wants to change things to contact the care quality commission (CQC).

The worst experience of my life

December 22, 2021
Line constantly engaged so can't speak to anyone. The olecester in Birmingham leave you waiting outside in the freezing cold with all sorts of dubious characters. Not given enough tablets from them and they still have not written to my doctor so I am unable to get my prescriptions. Made mental health worse if anything

Useless

July 16, 2020
I was referred to southwest by my doctor. I have continuously been let down by them. If it wasn’t for the only friend I will allow by me who also has serious mental health I would be dead! I have been left for five days with each day being told someone’s coming to me. As I said if my friend weren’t there I would be dead.

My brother was at their care, but they are very slow to help him in anyway and shape.

Called out of hours as the team had failed me

September 24, 2016
My brother in law was in crisis I took him to the Dr he contacted you guys, you avoided coming out to Him the next day (Saturday) the switchboard was a waste of time. I have to keep a grown man from harming himself and leaving my property and your team fail to see the crisis as important, maybe I should have just allowed my brother in law to leave my property and throw himself under a train as he wished!
