They treated me as an NHS patient. I received excellent treatment and support.

Good. There can be problems with appointments but the care is very good. Its takes a while to get through to them.
Not that good.

Not that good. Can't get appointments with them. Had toothache really bad and ended up at the dental hospital.

They are good, can get regular appointments with dentist. It’s a good service, happy with them.

I experienced a lot of difficulties and distress. They caused me injuries. Then they refused to treat me after a long wait in pain for my appointment. They were so rude and unprofessional. They made it clear that as an NHS patient I cannot expect a good service.
