Can rest assured, my mother is safe and looked after. I can asking anything I like and get help when needed.
not enough space for visitors

staff who work there seem good, but understaffed. not enough space for visitors. Dark+ grim looking, small lounge. Not enough room for chairs. Not enough staff to help or talk to.
