Stockland Green Primary Care Centre - Dental Department

I suffer from dental anxiety and the dentist was the nicest dentist I have ever had, she made me feel comfortable before I entered the surgery, explained everything that was going to happen in detail, introduced me to other staff in the room, explained how equipment was used, and made me feel confident I could let her do what she needed to.

Ten stars for the staff they're very good. I can get appointments with them too.

I can get appointments easily and the reception team are helpful and friendly.

Okay but now you have to ring to make an appointment. Beforehand you used to be able to pre-book. Good staff though.

As of late they have provided interpreters but they've not always. I've had problems with pain in my teeth and it did impact my care. Members of staff always come with me too to make sure that I understand what's going on with my care.

Really good with him. We needed a morning appointment and they accommodated our request.

I'm okay, I get appointments and I have an appointment in November.

I like going to the dentist. I have an appointment in October. I like having a check up.

Been trying for two days 400 calls and in engaged nightmare when you are in pain dental department.
Eventually found out that they have the wrong number on their website. It should be 0121466 4310. They have promised to change this.
