Sutton Road Surgery

Since covid they have been rubbish. You no longer walk into the GP. You have to call them. Sometimes they do video calls which is not fair and then they ask you to send a video or an image. You call and your number 24 in the queue and then there are no appointments or they cut you off. It is hard when you have school aged children.

The service from the GP since the start of lockdown is they're still too frightened to see people. They spend so much time on the phones. They wanted me to send pictures of my knee and it takes too much time. I live two minutes from the surgery and would be better to be seen face to face.

They're good when I go there, I don't have to wait a long time.

Good service with helpful staff.

Took a long time to arrange to do Power of Attorney, stopped in surgery waiting room until it was done. Charged £100. Knows about wife's dementia. Can always phone and get an appointment, can get next day appointments
