Friendly and helpful staff

It's a very busy practice but still able to get an appointment when needed. The GPs, nurses and the reception staff are all friendly and helpful.
Not pointed in the right direction.

They are obligated to talk to you about mental health but don't really help you. I feel like nobody there will tell you what to do or point you in the right direction for appropriate services.

It’s very easy to get an appointment with them. See whoever is available. Had a few emails and texts after being referred.

Can take up to 4 days to get an appointment

Good service, difficult to get through to them on the phone. I often have to call on several days as by the time you get through, all the appointments have gone and you are told to call them again. It can take over 4 days to get an appointment sometimes.

No problem accessing them and getting an appointment, they will see me and I can get appointments with them.

Little bit harder to get through to them. Could get appointment once get through, face to face or over the phone.

They are good. Can get appointments both face to face and on phone. I go for phone appointments.
