Been good for over 50 years

I have been registered here for over 50 years and they have been good. The appointments are a bit dodgy now compared to years ago but the doctors are really good and I can't complain. The receptionists are good and polite too.
Reception team are horrible.

The doctors are good but the reception team are horrible. They don't have any manners and try their best not to give you an appointment.
I find them very good.

I find them very good and very efficient. If I wait to see my own GP I could wait up to 2 weeks. She got me referred on to the hospital within a week and has referred me to an arthritis clinic.
Midwife doesn't answer my questions

The midwife is friendly but if you ask her questions she doesn't seem very knowledgeable. She tells me to ask at the hospital instead of giving me an answer there and then. I can get appointments in general but it's a bigger practice. I can book future appointments with them on the app too which is good.
They don't stick to appointment times

Rubbish. They don't stick to the time of the appointment. You can wait a long time. 10-30 minutes after appointment. If they give you an appointment then they should see you at that time. You tell the receptionists and they allocate a nurse or a doctor.

Easy to get an appointment and the good thing is they are open weekends.

Hard to get an appointment, I call every day to see if I can get an appointment. When I do get an appointment, the doctors are really good.
I use A&E instead of my GP

It's nearly impossible to get an appointment. I go to A&E straight away rather than wasting my time on the phone to get a GP appointment.
Been okay so far

I changed to them recently. They have been okay on the couple of occasions I've seen them and seen the midwife there which has also been fine.
