Miscommunication between everyone

Children’s hospital discharged son during Covid. Even through still needed the services. Miscommunication between everyone and then have had to be referred again.

A&E, long times to wait 3 to 5 hours. I feel like it could be better. They could let me know what is going on and how long we will end up waiting.

Helpful hospital

My great-grandson was born with a cleft on his throat. Had a tracheostomy in June and just started eating and this isn't a problem. The school is trying to get funding for training to help staff be able to change his trach. School are fighting this and seeing MP soon to discuss it further.

We did wait a while but they checked on him and helped get his temperature under control. The staff has been reassuring and helpful.
Waiting for bloods in very long queue

It took 20 minutes for consultant to complete the review but since 2 hours waiting for bloods in very long queue.

4 stars in general as the staff and facilities are excellent. 1 star for long waiting time for bloods. We were seen on time by consultant but waiting since last 2 hours for bloods.
