The dentist was good and referred me to the dental hospital the same day, brilliant.

Haven’t been since Covid. Phoned to get an appointment and said because I hadn’t been seen for a long time, I have to call after couple of months. I phoned them because I thought I had a tooth infection, they said they couldn’t get me in. so ended up ringing another dentist and they saw me.

I managed to get an emergency appointment to fix a broken tooth. The receptionists were friendly and efficient. Both the dentist and his colleague showed the highest levels of dedication and commitment to their roles. Dentist explained the procedure thoroughly and put my nerves at ease. Your work is truly commendable! Thanks again.

They're fine when I go there but can often take a long time to get an appointment.

I can phone and make appointments when we need them. They're good.

I am able to get appointments and send messages for 6 monthly check-ups.

They were good & efficient did a great job.

It took 5 visits and 2 .months for a check up with x-rays, denture adjustment and a filling. I did not get a dental plan or advice. I was also told that I don't need scale and polish despite suffering with paradontosis (diagnosed by the same practice) and having loose teeth. I actually lost a tooth not long after my treatment. I have been a patient at this practice for quite some time. My gum disease has not been treated and is now apparently irreversible. I blame the practice for not providing relevant advice or treatments.

Absolutely awful. Requested to have a different dentist as was so upset with first one. Second one even worse. Was told I needed a filling, second dentist said I didn't. Referred me to hospital to have a tooth out without even having an xray to check if the tooth needed to come out. Was left in reception for an hour as staff forgot I was there. Very rude staff
