Couldn't take my tooth out

The tablets I have to take are rotting my bones so I need to go for a bone scan as the dentist couldn't take a tooth out.

The care I received was amazing the consultant and the student that was with him was amazing they really helped with my anxiety and where really good with my autism too. I went in nervous came out feeling fine. My anxiety was gone within five minutes. I can't fault the care I received 5 star treatment

I had a throbbing pain in my Jaw. I phoned 111 for advice and they booked me into the Dental Hospital. On arrival it was busy but within an hour I had a consultation and an X ray. Having found the problem I had a tooth extraction. Thank you to the call handler, and the dentist and his assistant who removed the tooth for their patience, their skill and professionalism.

They looked after me

They looked after me and I had to be sedated for the removal of teeth as I was really nervous. They let me have my boyfriend with me and they looked after me fine, that's all that matters.

No longer a walk in

I came in thinking I could get a walk in appointment not knowing they no longer offered the service. I was told to call 111 with any issues and they would get me in. Bit frustrating it's no longer a walk in.
