Not happy with the service.

Lazy reception staff who never answer the phone or reply to emails. Overall communication is poor from the whole team.

Very happy and satisfied with the care provided by my GP. Very kind and helpful staff.

Very easy to get an appointment, no problems. I can't do it online though and that would make it easier if they did.

I can usually get in contact with the doctors on the same day.

I have been using this clinic for 6 years. The receptionists are good. The staff are all excellent. I have diabetes so if I want an appointment I can phone or walk in and can get appointments quickly. The mostly give same day ones which is good. This is the best GP surgery I have ever used.

It's the same midwife that I've known for years. She's wicked, she answers questions and I can contact her whenever I need to.

Were let down badly. Prescribed the wrong medicines. Said he had a life threatening issue and to go to the hospital, didn’t arrange an ambulance. Just really let us down.

Really good especially when my daughter had bronchiolitis. Doctors would call her in and will fit us in. I ring them at 8am, they do telephone consultations or I can send in pictures, so they do help in that sense and I don't have to take the kids out of school for appointments. They were also good when I was pregnant. They also put me on HRT straight away. Just a really good GP.
