Friendly caring, laughable, people lovely

All staff are very friendly, welcoming and happy to see you. The unit I visit is brightly decorated, warm and inviting. Entrance hall is welcoming but can be a bit cluttered with display stands.

Very good staff, very clean, and the food is very good.

My sister was really happy at this home she got all the help she needed night and day staff are lovely and great really do recommend this place

I can relax now. My husband is in a wonderful place, and I know that the staff really care. The atmosphere of happy, controlled chaos reminds me of my own home - this is how you deal with dementia, by being in their world. Nothing is "wrong", and everything is possible. They deal with the residents in such a gentle manner that it is a pleasure to be part of the "family"

My mother is in the dementia unit. The facilities are excellent and the staff are patient and kind. They are always good humoured while doing a difficult job. The meals always look and smell lovely.

My mother was a temporary resident at Bromford Lane Care Centre, being taken in in an emergency. I was anxious about this - having had a bad experience with a previous home. I needn't have been. The staff at Bromford welcomed my mum, took care of her professionally and helped her to settle quickly into the new environment. She has been treated with dignity and respect. My mother's new home has a lot to live up to!

My mother Doreen Tovey is currently on an interim bed at Bromford Lane Care Home. The staff are very caring not just with my mother but with other residents.
The Manager Judy is kind and very supportive and always find time to come and speak to my mother and other residents. The home is exceptionally clean and my mother told us the food is lovely.
Every time my family visit the home the staff are always polite and helpful and my mother loves staying there. The standard of the home, manager and all the staff are excellent and my family are so pleased with the care and support my mother and us have recieved.
