They made an unpleasant experience, pleasant

I was referred as they found a polyp on my smear test. They were excellent and they looked at it and treated me quickly. Very professional. Gave me good advice and just lovely all round. They made an unpleasant experience as pleasant as they could.
I can just walk in to see my doctor

I see the doctor here twice a year. I do everything for myself and do not come here. I don't have carers. I just walk in to see my doctor and they see me.

A&E waiting times are long. I try to avoid the place. If I go then I know I really need them. They are too busy there.

I went for some blood tests and a scan not long ago. It was easy to get to and get around. My son takes me and doctors explain everything. They said they'll see me again soon. I will wait for the next appointment.

I have taken my son there and they are excellent. They are good at looking after the kids and making them feel calm when the situation is far from that. They are brilliant. Sometimes I will go straight to them instead of the GP because I know I will get the help there.
