A very average hospital

A very average hospital. The way they approach and talk to you. They need to talk to people in a human way. They are just arrogant. These consultants think they're better than you.
No facilities and 6 hours waiting

Poor seating area with no facilities. My brother waited for 6 hours in severe pain before he was provided support.

I was referred to City hospital for a biopsy by my GP one month ago. I have not heard anything back from the hospital so far.

Excellent referral made by my GP and I was seen within 3 weeks by the consultant at the hospital. All future appointments are booked in advance by the consultant.
Need more staff ASAP

I have been to A&E a number of times over the last few years. One should be prepared to wait for at least 4 hours without any support. They are understaffed and need more doctors and nurses ASAP.

I go there regularly for my cardiology appointments. The doctors are excellent and provide all the necessary support.

The hospital services are much better than the GP. The clinics run on time and the doctors explain everything very well.

I was provided with excellent treatment for a stroke on an urgent basis. Very good follow up support provided since the initial treatment.
