Parking is not good but the rest is all fine. They see you on time and provide good information.

I went to A&E with chest pain and they provided great support straight away.

I have been to the treatment centre there a number of times for bloods and they are good.

I went there for scans and bloods a number of times. The staff are very rude and unhelpful in general.

I've used A&E a couple of times. It can feel like everyone is on top of one another. The wait feels like forever. I don't really like going but, needs must.

I came to City after being referred on by 111 as I was in pain and I had been to my GP and I had to wait 6 weeks to access treatments as I had already been seen by physio triage previously which didn't work. 111 told me to go to City as I was in pain. They had lost the key to the medicine cupboard and couldn't open it so they could not give me a steroid injection. I had to then wait another 2 weeks for an appointment.

I was referred to ENT for further treatment and got an appointment within a week.

My son was born there and during pregnancy I received very poor care and support. They need to improve.

Very helpful staff. Always seen on time and getting an appointment is very easy. Good communication.

I have kidney disease and they send me here now. They're alright. It's far to get to and I think they're better than the QE but it takes so long and it's costs to go every 3/4 weeks.
