City Hospital

I have been to this hospital many times but one time when I showed up to an appointment they told me I was meant to attend St James healthcare centre instead of the hospital. I need better access to health.

My GP sent me to City Hospital for an MRI scan as I had been experiencing headaches which they thought could have been Meningitis, but when I got there, I coughed once and the Nurse said I had Covid where I was then transferred to a covid ward for more than 4 hours, even though it was not confirmed I had Covid. It has really put me off visiting this hospital again.

After 5 hours of waiting I was too tired and left.

Pretty busy – Respiratory team super duper busy. Great level of care.

They are good but I can only get certain medicines from them.

They are okay, good communication with patients. Doctors are understanding I get my treatment fine and they share information with me.

They are good, I go there for transfusion.

Good because they understand my case.

Consultant very good.

Sickle Cell Treatment Centre at City hospital is good. I visit here often.
