Excellent support for my elderly mother with caring and understanding staff.

Very scary - 30 minute flow test takes only 3 minutes max, no evidence rooms are fogged after visits. very disturbing to have meet vulnerable elderly relatives in such circumstances as you cannot guarantee the health & hygiene of those who have gone before you under such protocal breaches

The social worker gave clear explanations of the process and guidance on the form filling that is needed and how to choose a care home, then the home itself has given excellent care and support to my elderly mother after the sudden on-set of dementia meant she could no longer be cared for at home.

A wonderful home, great atmosphere very caring.

The nursing home smells of old urine . My nan was left on her own for the whole hour I was there. Not one member of staff came in living room to check on residents. They where on their mobiles down the corridor . Residents smelt of urine and one was falling off his chair
Residents and my nan had food all down their clothes left from
Breakfast. The manager just say in his office eating fruit. Te place should be closed down
