Waiting room was covid safe. Staff had ppe on. Was very informative about the injection and side effects

Refuse to see you

Refuse to see you even with astma tell you to go to A&E which is already stretched just wont let anyone through door my husband has high blood pressure and has to be monitored and they told him to buy a machine to do it himself. The monitoring was requested by hospital but they will not see him.

Very good experience with reception staff and great service from the Doctors.
Unable to see GP on same day

Unable to see GP on same day. I have a young child and was concerned with his health (asthma). There was no time to see patients. GP was brilliant but has taken on too many patients, thus not patient centred enough.
