I am having lots of problems with my repeat prescriptions. They don't give me my medication on time and sometimes items are missing or there not available and have to be reordered.

A fairly new pharmacy (now called Crest). I've used it a couple of times to collect medication. Once we had to wait a couple of days for one item but that could be because they were new and they didn't have the stock.

They've very good. I put in an online order to ask for a repeat prescription. A couple of days later, I get a text to say it is ready.
Told to phone before collecting prescription

when you try to call you wait 10 phone rings and then it cuts off or....its engaged. This has happened 3 times over 3 months with a average wait of 2.5 hours to get through. When you finally do, they tell you to do it on line...
