They've very good. I put in an online order to ask for a repeat prescription. A couple of days later, I get a text to say it is ready.

Told to phone before collecting prescription

when you try to call you wait 10 phone rings and then it cuts off or....its engaged. This has happened 3 times over 3 months with a average wait of 2.5 hours to get through. When you finally do, they tell you to do it on line...

The pharmacy staff are helpful, knowledgeable and polite with every patient even with the most abusive of customers. Truely outstanding people.
