Able to get appointments, they also send me appointment for 6 months checkup and they are good. communicate well. Good friendly staff, do what they need to do.

They have got different policy for private and NHS patients. NHS patients have to wait for ages.

Should've trusted my gut and not gona with the ceramic braces treatment from the beginning. Receptionist lied and said the Groupon deal is over thr next day, prompting me to make payment when really the Groupon deal is still going. Several wasted journeys where the dentist doesn't have any brackets and needs to order new ones? They lie about treatment time. First they said 6 months then 8 months then 1 year or more. Cant be honest from the beginning. They just want your hard earned money. They use rubbish glue and materials. The braces break off and are sooo weak instantly after applying. Wish i knew this before i paid my money upfront. Honestly so so disappointed. The dentists are always in a rush and give blunt responses to genuine questions. Barely talk you through your procedure and what to expect

DO NOT RECOMMEND. I received a gift voucher for teeth whitening procedure at this dental practice back in December 2020. I tried to contact them using the telephone number on their website. I called 15-20 times over the course of two weeks at various times of day. The phone went straight to voicemail or rang out. I finally got through, only to be told they were not even offering the service at the moment (even though the gift voucher is still available to purchase and has an expiry date). I was told to try again in a few weeks.
I tried to re-contact them this month, I have been unable to get through. They do not respond to emails. I can see on their social media (instagram account) that other people have had similar issues.
UNPROFESSIONAL. I have requested a full refund through the company that supplied the gift voucher.

The dentist is good and professional

The dentist is good and professional, but they always try to accommodate private patients first not a place for NHS patients to go.
