Polite and well mannered. Willing and helpful

June 6, 2024
Lovely gentlemen. Always a pleasure to see.
Occasional acts of kindness beyond their remit willingly given. (Carry bin bags, out and put into wheelie bin, then take Bin up 8 high slabbed steps to pavement on leaving: A task beyond both of us entirely!

Basic care is very good.

Basic care very good. Leave house untidy with clothes everywhere, and leave kitchen covered with crumbs and dirty teaspoons left on the side in spilt tea. Also do not seem to communicate issues unless a visitor is there.

Well run, professional and kind

They help our family with two disabled sons. The agency is well run, the paperwork is comprehensive and useful. The carers are lovely, professional, kind and helpful. They have quickly become part of the family.

First class company

The company is first class. The girls are always friendly and helpful. If I need a little extra help with anything they are always ready to help. I would recommend them to anyone who may need them.

Helpful and engaging carer

I find the carer to to be helpful and engaging. they will happily do the things that I need doing that she sees I cannot do for myself. She understands me and see's when I am in pain and is patient with me.

Very reliable and supportive

December 13, 2023
They have been very satisfactory over the previous months. I can now rest assured knowing that someone will always be visiting even if the carers turn up a bit late they will inform me to say they are running late. They are very reliable and supportive when it comes to my care.

Stressful .

November 16, 2023
Poor in communicating and engaging with my mother who has dementia and mental health problems, she is extremely anxious. They are not good at attempting to make a relationship with her and not responsive to her needs, she is very deaf and has poor dexterity and poor eyesight. I live over 50 miles away but see my mother regularly and other than perhaps one very good carer who I am relieved to see the others are friendly but unresponsive. There are massive cultural differences that the carers do nothing to deal with. Some appear very patronising and deal with her as if she was a child. She has become more anxious since we had them. There are many individuals that she has not a hope in chance in creating a relationship with and she often will not recognise them and she thinks they are strangers and enter her house without her say, she gets very frightened. The company claims to deal deal with those with dementia and mental health but there is no evidence to support this. I end up spending more time and leaving very late. I have a very long journey home and as to making my life easier it has made it harder

Poor quality. If they show up

They charge for the full hour yet barely stay for 10 minutes. They frequently leave a vulnerable elderly woman alone without letting anyone know they will be late.

Excellent Service

Having them to come for my mother has been a very good experience, they are very professional and very caring, the carers were lovely and quickly got used to the way my mom liked things done. I would say the service was excellent.
