I can always get through to them on the phone and they always arrange for me to collect my prescription from the pharmacy.

I have had face to face appointments when I had my bloods done. I have had an over the phone appointment but they have called me in if they think I need to be seen face to face.
Every time its a new voice on other side.

I am going there since I was 4, they were ok but recently its very difficult to speak to them. you can only speak to them on phone if you are lucky and every time its a new voice on other side.
They are lot more busy now

I have been attending this surgery since last 20 years and found them to be good and helpful, although they are lot more busy now and at times very difficult to get an appointment.
Rude Receptionist

There is a lady receptionist who is rude all times And abrupt. Puts you off calling especially if she answers.

Very hard to get appointments and see doctors even over the phone have to wait 2 days. Adults can wait but for children its should be same day appointment

Not good, when you ask for a appointment, it takes over a week just to speak to a doctor.

Very good i saw a docter within 2 weeks of my phone call about my postate trouble.
