Very helpful staff. They can speak in Urdu and explain things to me.
Communication between pharmacy & GP is lacking

They do blister packs for Mom and Dad. Communication between pharmacy and GP is lacking. Mom is on repeat medication for pain killers. Didn’t tell Mom she needed to order repeat prescription and that it wouldn’t be done automatically. So we have been chasing them this week.

They're nice, they're polite. I order my prescription and it's ready to be picked up a couple of days later. They text me when it's ready.
