Excellent GP, always available and explains everything very well.

The practice have been really supportive, very effective in dealing with patients and the pandemic. Appointments have been available throughout the day, doctors and nurses have been really reassuring and i felt as if i was listened to and treated like an individual

Waiting time too long, no telephone triage available. They need more doctors, they need to allow same consultation time for everyone.
Can't get an appointment

Have to call really early for an appointment. I have blood tests every 3 months and the surgery never calls with the results.
