had a very pleasant overnight stay was made to feel comfortable in a clean single room . All procedures explained and if I had questions the staff took time to make sure I understood everything , After care has been good , Even phoned up to enquire after me after breaking my foot and unable to turn up for appointment as in another hospital .They have kept to all timed appointments . Very understanding when needed to rearrange appointments ,

Labiapladsty had done some research but had no idea that it was more women who have had kids that have it. I had paid full costs then was told by after second consultation when I mentioned I want kids soon that the surgery should not be done. They never asked me beforehand about what I had planned. I asked for the full monies back of £5,750 (full price of surgery) and only got back £1,250 it’s a joke complete joke

For private surgery and aftercare - please do not go with them they staff do not provide a duty of care to their patients, you are tick box exercise and all they care about is taking your money and not following through a high level of customer/patient service

I had a cardiac arrest. The hospital group can not deal with emergencies they have to ask 999 for assistance to save your life

Had a lap band fitted was excellent, very speedy recovery,room was great people were very friendly and keen to help

Unhelpful rude service from the weight loss clinic. Called for an urgent appointment after the nurse had overfill me without consultation at the appointment. Having suffered severe restriction effecting my health drastically. I needed a defill for which they were forcing me to pay for. I had paid for the fill but did not feel based on the lack of consultation at the appointment and rude telephone staff at Dolan Park not putting me through to a manager that the payment was justified. I spoke to five different staff members who would not let me speak to a customer service manager. Twice I had the phone put down on me by two different employees.
Absolutely atrocious service, would never dream that a company I have given thousands of pounds to for a procedure would speak to their post patients in such a manner.

I currently have a ruptured breast implant, they are refusing to provided my medical records and the make of the implant.

I had been thinking about a gastric band for a while and on going ahead, I did so with the Hospital Group. The Hospital staff were very professional and knowledgeable from the word go. The procedure was carried out by Mr N who explained everything when he came to see me pre op as did the anaesthetist. The nursing staff and HCA were also very thorough. Don't read the bad reviews as I find people are more inclined to speak up about bad experiences and not the good. The staff need to recognised for their brilliant work.

Everything seemed ok apart from the fact I kept having an annoying/irritating feeling behind my ears since my surgery, I kept putting cream on it thinking nothing more about it until I finally got my wife to examine it further due to the annoying experience & feeling sore only to find stitches still left in behind both ears since surgery?? Very annoyed with the neglect on your behalf & will be seeking some sort of advice on this. I have got photos & stitches still in!! Can someone please contact me to get these removed please and advise me further on this matter please.

I had breast augmentation and I am so pleased. It's day 3 but they look and feel amazing already. I would really recommend Dr Hassan Huseein. He knows his stuff and understood exactly what I wanted.
