Hospital Medical Group - Dolan Park Hospital

In the doctor's consultation he was professional, understand and he was lovely. I underwent the surgery with him after further research on him and I couldn't find anything negative - there is a reason why which is, his work is outstanding. I am only 6 days in after the op and I am more than pleased, I'm over the moon! He was fantastic through out it all. Along with him co workers and the hospital group colleagues, they gave me all the info I needed before hand and the after care is fantastic. I have and I am being well looked after, truly in the best hands. I went to Dolan park hospital and all the staff there were super friendly and comforting, it was clean and tidy. The staff kept checking on me for regular refreshments and to see if I was okay and I was extremely well looked after. 11/10. They are the best people. Thank you for such a pleasant experience and for changing my life! outstanding.

On arrival I had a very warm welcome and then was taken to my room. It was very clean, nice and spacious. Was seen very promptly and was first on the list which was excellent. I cant remember coming properly around but my mum said everyone was very good with me. I was given some more pain killers and sickness relief. Then the surgeon came to see me again which again happened promptly. The only thing I could fault was that I was supposed to be discharged at 5pm and I was then told I had to wait for the anaesthetist to come back down. It was then 8pm and we had to leave because of child care and having to be home. So I didn't get to see the anaesthetist before I left. The rest of the stay and everything else that happened was perfect though. I am extremely happy with the outcome of my breast augmentation and couldn't fault the care I received at Dolan Park!

Had my BA with The Hospital Group, Dolan Park. Every member of staff I came across, from the receptionist to the theatre staff were great. I was treated with dignity the whole time I was here and was looked after extremely well. Even though it was a 2 hour journey each way, I would not go any where else for this type of procedure. Thanks to everybody involved who made my experience so good

Staff are exceptionally friendly, from reception to surgeons...well done.

Got exactly what I wanted doing but thought it was very average not a lot of help regarding pre op and not the experience I expected at all also waiting around a lot poor quality of food and not very welcoming what I would expect of a private clinic at all.
