Generally good

Admission day is somewhat hectic. Information is limited. An easy, fast response to any enquiries. Staff and managers are friendly and welcoming. Questions to manager seemed very rushed and limited on relatives admissions.

Very good staff always feel welcome. My service user is having excellent care, no concerns. She appears well and happy at present.
