The only issue I have is stock. The medication is out of stock and also the opening times are not consistent.

They deliver the medication to me. I didn't ask for it but it is good. They are always on time and exactly what medication I need.

Better but they always have to order medication in so I have to wait for the prescription which can take up to 3 days. They know I have high blood pressure and they always ask if the medication is working and they communicate well with the surgery and follow up. They are good like that. They do blister packs for the mother in law too.

They deliver my medication to me. I had to change to them as the other one I used closed down. Good waiting times and they deliver quickly which works for me.

They are rubbish, I don't go there. They don't sort your medication when your running low and they won't go out of their way to get medication you need.

They provided me with information when I felt ill. I asked them to stay with me whilst I called the GP and they advised me to call an ambulance. They're really good in general and more helpful than the GP. They give brilliant information and advice.

They know me on a first name basis. They do my medication automatically. When I know I'm getting low, I'll call them and they'll let me know when it's ready.
