They prescribed nasal sprays for me. They are good at giving information about medication and advice.
Always very busy here.

It's always very busy. I have to wait for at least 1 hour or come the next day to collect my medication.

Very frustrating

Went to pick up a prescription that that I was ready and it wasn’t ready, so had to go back another time. Very frustrating.
Able to get prescriptions

They're fine. I'm able to get prescriptions. Although, I needed a sharps box but needed to obtain a prescription off a doctors for this, I don't understand why.

Patchy. Service is often slow, occasionally they can't find my package which has been made up. Not very high on customer service.

This Pharmacy is not good

The pharmacy attached to the Lordswood surgery is not good as to often the medication is not ready in time. I have moved to another pharmacy now and it is excellent.
