Carer looks after me very well

Carer looks after me very well. She is very good with me. The office phones me to check how we are doing. The manager also visits which is good.
My carer’s go an extra mile for me

My carer’s go an extra mile. They go to the post office, shops and clean home for me. They do keep me clean and treat me with respect all the time. The managers also come to see me and check how things are going.

I receive a regular carer ever since the service started. I have had meetings with the manager and social worker. They are very good and take our views seriously. They also act on recommendations to meet our choices.

I am a carer for my brother. We are happy with the care we receive. Managers come out to us to review service. We receive regular cares. They are respectful. I want carers to arrive together.

I like the service that I am getting from Mach Care Solutions. They respect me and my religion. Management has been here to check how I am cared. They are listening and they also respond.

Provide service I want, keep me comfortable, keep informed about changes, and managers respond when I called recently the manager came to review and to ask how I feel. They understand my care needs and treat me with dignity and respect,
