Our carer comes in and leaves without disturbing and does what she needs to do. Despite some violent behaviour sometimes

I feel that the carers are very polite and if i have any issues the office are very approachable and polite. I am able to visit the office freely as the next of kin of a client and discuss my problems with the managers. I would highly recommend them.

Get regular carer and the timing to come on time. When I ring, they do listen and respond to my queries.
