Maypole Health Centre - Dr Neeraj Aneja

The worst thing is I can't get an appointment. It took a full week to get through to get an appointment for a sick note. When I call the lines are always busy and they don't answer the phones. So hard to get an appointment.

Very good and helpful GPs. The reception staff are rude however.

I was told by The Practice Manager at the surgery I attend as a patient that I need to go elsewhere because I am always complaining and I Do not like the Doctors according to her which I didn't even say or think. I was disrespected and made to feel like I was the problem even though this GP as not giving me the standard of care that I need especially as a patient with Long term Chronic physical Disabilities who also suffers with Anxiety and Depression. The Practice Manager argued with me in front of her Assistant and tried to belittle me this is unprofessional and is unacceptable standard of care especially in the Health Care establishment.

Came for blood test and blood pressure

I'm much happier at Maypole surgery, I've not seen them face to face yet but there seems to be lots of nurses. I spoke to the Locum doctor not long ago and they were helpful.

Ring up at 8:30 and get appointment straight away they prioritize kids. If they don’t have an appointment they will magically fit her in.

We always gets appointments on time, lovely and friendly staff , Dr is very knowledgeable and very helpful . Overall great service.

The surgery used to be friendly and caring, it is so confusing for elderly patients to deal with appointments etc now. Dr Aneja told my dad you can book a routine appointment for 2 weeks time , but the receptionist say you can not . Confusing unhelpful my father said he could be dead before he can see a Doctor lol

I was suffering from severe depression and had voices in my head I phone up twice and ask for help all the receptionist said there was no doctors available to talk to you phone back in morning I was crying beging her to help me she just fobbed me off like it was nothing to worry about I'm under the mental health
