Our carer is very understanding of my mum's condition, always communicates really well with us and goes above and beyond to make sure that we're doing okay. Couldn't ask for anyone better

Care are very helpful and well trained. They are punctual and communicate with me very well to keep me updated about my dad health. We have regular carer for dad who understand his needs very well and respect his wishes. It is very easy to contact manager and make any request or changes as required. Manager visit regularly to do reviews and make sure dad is happy with quality of care provided. Midland care services are excellent.

The carers at Midland Care are amazing. They come on time. We have the same regular carers which my dad and whole family have quickly adjusted to. They feel part of our family. The management is also really easy to deal with. Recently I wanted to change the timing for the evening call and this was done smoothly and swiftly.

Midland Care UK is a fantastic provider. They provided support for our mum after the initial agency were awful. Midland Care UK were a breath of fresh air. All the carer we professional, kind, caring, on time and always went an extra mile. Management were true to their word from the initial assessment. Their communication was excellent, they always kept up to date with the reviews and anything which needed to be actioned line times changes were done straight away. We could not have asked for a better company.

The girls come clean my mom 4 times a day and bed bath her in the morning. Our regular girls are good .
