I have been with a GP practice now for almost 3 years and never had an issue in booking appointments. Always get appointment on the same day. Reception staff are very nice and helpful. I get my appointment reminders and staff also call to remind me. Best services always.

Very helpful, never had any issues here. I manage to get appointments via telephone and face to face. I had blood tests recently and they send reminders. You have to chase results.

They're very good. No issues, very happy with the service.

I have been with them for about 9 months. I am happy here. The GP that I see listens to me and refers me to the right people. The GP is also good with diagnosis and ordered the right test for me. All of the staff are brilliant. They know me by name. If you have a non urgent appointment then you sometimes have to wait but its all straight forward.

They're good and the midwife is really good there too. I can get an appointment easily with either of them. I have no issues with calling them. All is very good.

Every time I call them I get through. Appointments are always available.

I had really nice experience with the advanced nurse. She listened to me. It is the first time I've been listened to properly. She was very nice. Receptionists are always pleasant as well. Thank you to the team.
