The carers look after me very well. They make sure they ask me if I need anything else before they leave. They are very passionate and take there time to look after me.

The carers help with personal care everyday and tidy up used area. They also change my bedsheet when required, I don't have to say it, they do it.

Sometimes 2 carers do not understand me

Sometimes 2 carers do not understand me. Sometimes they leave face towel on my bed and even on my pillow.
