Difficult getting an appointment.

Very difficult to get an appointment but the GP is very good.
Long waits on the phone.

Long waits on the phone. The other problem is they want you to do it all online and you have to put lots of details and they do get back quite quickly.
Always run on time

Appointments are always on time and the doctors are very helpful.

Sending text messages to the wrong person

They keep sending me text messages with the wrong name on it and sending through the wrong information. It's taking ages to get an appointment. I'm not happy about them sending text messages to the wrong patient.

They're fine. Other than waiting for them to answer when you call, they're fine.

Can get through to them, quite alright. Not straight away can get an appointment but they will give me one for another day

Alright. I can get appointment. Can ring in the morning and if they can’t, they get me in the afternoon.
