I don't want to speak to a receptionist

					But can't get appointments, receptionists are like dragons. I don't want to discuss things with them. I phone up and all appointments have gone. I ask to make an appointment for another day and they say no. I don't want to speak to a receptionist, I want to talk to a doctor.

					Sometimes it's bad. So hard to get an appointment over the phones, takes a long time to answer, sometimes can get an appointments when it opens at 9am, at 10am close the lines and say there are no more appointments and to call

					They don't take you serious, they tell you to go home and to go to A&E if it gets worse. My daughter ended up having a massive cyst.

					They're alright. They take their time to answer the phone. They do not offer same day appointments. The lines are always busy and can't give appointments.

					I tend not to go too often, as if you have an appointment for 1 o'clock you would lucky too be seen, before 2pm.
