Very caring doctors

Very caring and helpful doctors and nurses. They referred me for further examinations.
Not very good.

Not very good, they don't give you appointments. Always full at 8:30am and they tell you to call NHS 111.

It is quite difficult to get an appointment but overall, I am quite satisfied with the care and treatment provided.

GP referred onto hospital

Went to GP about deteriorating hip, they referred him onto the Royal Orthopaedic Hospital and got him an appointment for today.

Talking to receptionist on front desk. Was saying how hard it is to get an appointment she explains about booking online. Asked me some security questions and set me up. Vshe explains how it works. I'm going to g8ve it a go. Thank you for the help

Friendly welcoming staff. Remember your name and happy to help. Feels like a big family. Not a big surgery but I think that helps
