They are magic

I can get appointments and can see a doctor face to face. They are good, they are magic. If I can't get an appointment the same day, they will do it the next day.

They were brilliant. They will book appointments in advance. I can get appointments with them when I need it.

Very good - always easy to get an appointment. Level of care is very good and treatment is explained well.

Doctors surgery was always crowded but in the last 2 years they seem to have organised their appointments. It's only a 10-15minute wait before called in. They have an easy to use computer screen to check in with all different languages.
Need more appointments for emergencies

Unable to get appointment for 2 young children and had to call after 3.00pm or take them to local hospital
