Hydrotherapy works, the staff are good and very helpful. It's been excellent.

Majority of the time coming here is good, when I was admitted here, staff and nurses made me feel at home. You forget your worries and circumstances. There's a few little niggles like referring to myself as a boy because I had lost my hair and they didn't check my gender before hand. Also, I've only ever had one paper letter the rest is sent digitally, but theres no paper trail or physical evidence of appointments sometimes.

My husbands had appointments here in the past. I phoned up Friday last week and they gave me an appointment for today. They're brilliant.

Very quick. I thought it'd take forever but we're in and out. The communication about the appointment has been good and we received letters. It's good.

I had a bad experience during operation, the anaesthetist put the drip in wrong vein which caused complications. They should know what are they doing. Now I am transferred to QE hospital.

Original appointment was ridiculous and they said I had to go in. Nothing was sent to me in the post so I rang them and they told me my appointment was at 10:30 and to go to gate D, D for Delta. There was no gate D. When I got there, they said I was booked in for an X-ray at 10am. The appointment letter arrived in the post 2 days after my appointment. The service with the surgeon was quite good and I was referred to them quite quickly.
