Day staff had time for everyone, student came to surgery with me and answered all my questions. Night staff were abit busy, I felt I didn't want to hassle anyone. Porter was fantastic! Overall, ROH is the best hospital I have been to.

Dr was very thorough and understanding, I also didn't wait long between sessions. Perhaps have a voice as well as a screen prompt in calling patients down but I wasn't always looking at the screen
