Realistic goals and exercises. The only issue is the 6 month wait and I understand this is not anyones fault - just the way it is.

Really good staff from start to end. Helpful receptionist, brilliant ladies doing job and informative nurses.
Car park, I downloaded the app and wen to pay but it was 30p more an hour then the coin machine!!
